Signers have 7 days to sign, and RootSign doesn't send reminders, so it's worth letting them know it's coming. After 7 days an unsigned document is permanently deleted. A send counts once it goes out, so a $1 payment isn't refunded and a free send isn't given back if someone doesn't sign, but if anything goes wrong on our end, email privacy@rootsign.io and we'll make it right.

Documents, including signer information, are permanently deleted as soon as the signed PDF has been emailed to everyone, or 7 days after upload if signing isn't finished.
